INTRODUCTION:
Our memories of the lovely trip to Grand Island were incredible. We had planned a trip to Goa for our October vacation, and the time we spent there was unforgettable. We went on the trip as part of a large group of sea lovers. I went with my parents, and our fellow travellers brought their families with them. To be honest, our trip would have been incomplete and unsatisfactory if we had skipped the Grand Island excursion, which is one of Goa’s main attractions.
Grand Island is also known as the Grande Island, Ilha Grao, and the Ilha Grande. Among Goa’s many beautiful beaches, this is the best location for exciting water sports such as scuba diving and snorkelling. So, the best part of our trip was enjoying all of the great water sports like kayaking, Water Trampoline, jet ski, leisure boat, banana ride, and especially Snorkeling and Scuba diving at a very reasonable price.
You can also try your luck at fishing if you have enough concentration power. Grand Island is a fantastic place to visit in October, December, January, and February. During this time, you can enjoy an incredible view of the vast blue sea with crystal clear water, which is truly beyond any earthly description.
We’d arrived at Grand Island’s tranquil monkey beach. We had relaxed and swam there. Some of us played beach volleyball and football and had a beach picnic with chicken barbecue and port wine. We had a great time in the Arabian Sea, spotting wild Humpback dolphins.
Snorkelling was my favourite water sport activity out of all of them. It was extremely safe, and the Sports Agency pays close attention to every detail to ensure the utmost safety and comfort for all of their valuable guests. All you have to do is participate freely and thoroughly. If a person has difficulty using underwater equipment such as a snorkel, the agency will arrange for an experienced and licenced aqua-trainer to assist them.
The true tourists of Goa’s beautiful seashores never miss the great amusement of discovering the rich and enormous underwater beauty in the crystal clear blue water decorated with a variety of beautiful sea creatures. However, you must first train before attempting the final dive. I was mesmerised by the first glimpse of enormous moving sea creatures beneath the blue water of the Arabian Sea the moment I dove in. I’ve decided to return to this location for a second time in order to repeat this wonderful experience.
The tour operators had provided all of the divers with equipment such as a snorkel, diving suit, and life jacket. Also, our boat trip was fantastic; it took anywhere between.
We booked the tour three months in advance, and the package includes free transportation from the hotel (pickup and drop), as well as the amazing Dolphin Sighting, Bottom Fishing, special cashew wine, and an unlimited Goan style buffet. I will remember the taste of the delicious Goanese Prawn curry with Garlic rice and fish kebab for a long time, but the other dishes, particularly the taste of the deserts, were not quite pleasing, so the overall food quality was not as good as expected. Aside from this issue, our trip was enjoyable. The staff’s friendliness, knowledge, politeness, and sincerity in dealing with children was something we noticed about them.
